Each Latitude Board includes one cooling pack (two with the Pro XL), but having an extra on hand gives you more flexibility when you are hosting, prepping ahead, or using your board more than once in a day.

How It Works
Each cooling pack is designed to work with the Latitude Board system, delivering a consistent, controlled chill through the teak.
Regular ice mats melt and create moisture. Our PCM cooling packs hold a steady temperature, keeping your board chilled without the mess.
Each pack lasts at least 3-4 hours at room temperature.
Swap in a fresh pack to keep your board colder longer without interrupting your setup.

Instructions
Freeze flat for at least 12 hours before first use.
After use, remove from the board and refreeze for the next use.

Hand wash only. Wipe down with a damp cloth. Air dry.
**Recommended hand wash and allow to dry with sides open to allow the core to dry
For best results, freeze the ice brick for at least 12 hours prior to use.
Please allow 15-20 minutes for the ice pack to bring the board up to temperature. The board can absolutely be used to start arranging during this time.
Periodic oiling with food grade mineral oil is recommended to preserve the life and look of the teak.
