Free shipping on all orders over $25 for customers within the United States, to US addresses only

Shipping times vary for different products
Our shipping times depend on the product and any customizations you select. Here’s a breakdown of our shipping options:

  • Regular-Size Board (No Engraving): We keep our regular-size boards, thermal bags, and gel packs in stock, allowing us to ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.  Economy shipping is free for all orders over $25.  Expedited shipping may be purchased at checkout, with multiple transit times, carriers, and rate options provided.

  • Regular-Size Board with Engraving: If you choose to add a custom engraving, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for processing before shipping. This extra time is necessary to carefully personalize each board to your specifications.

  • Larger Custom Board: Our larger boards are made-to-order and not pre-stocked. This means each large board is custom-built after you place your order, which takes about 3-4 weeks. Once the board is completed, it will take an additional week to ship to you.

International Customers Outside of the USA

International customers are responsible for all related shipping charges/customs fees/duties/ taxes for all shipments and returns not related to shipping damage (Rest assured we make every effort to package everything properly for the international adventure it will take!) 

*Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
